Testing > Mechanics

The registration process and testing mechanics are the same for all candidates appearing both for the first time and for subsequent attempts.

For re-registration, please refer to the section on “Test Fees” for details related to fees structure.

ATTEST will completely manage NICR’s test process electronically, right from scheduling candidates against available test slots, to conducting and evaluating the Test.

Testing mechanics consist of three phases :

  • Pre-Test
  • Test
  • Post-Test

Pre-Test : Test Registration process

NICR / C&K shall provide the list of validated candidates to Attest days before the date of examination.

Question Bank Management

Attest will ensure encrypted question bank management and facilitate the generation of unique question sets to eliminate any risk of malpractice.

ATTEST will ensure proper randomisation based on the rules specified by NICR/ C&K to ensure unique question sets.

Test

Attest will conduct Proctored Online tests through a sophisticated, yet simple process ATTEST will conduct a maximum of six sessions in a day with each session consisting of two-hours duration of which the actual test duration will only be 120 minutes.

The Tests will be conducted on dates worked out jointly with NICR and C&K.

Invigilation

Attest will manage the entire invigilation process at all test centers across the country

Post Test

Evaluation Process

Attest will help NICR, C&K analyse results using the criteria specified.

Attest will export the results to NICR as per the format specified by NICR to allow publication of results.
